FYI if You are going to sell more of these nice displays.
The display modules I bought are actually better than Your listing suggests. They have in fact on-board Vee supply, no external negative voltage required! Pin20 is not NC as in the pin-out on the listing, it is Vee out. Connect a pot about 10.22k between 20 and Vss, then moving the contact to pin4.
